Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr (Nights) | $3/hr (Weekends)

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting. This role involves monitoring cardiac patients, managing complex conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Available Shifts:

• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends, $4.25/hr Differential)
  
  

Important Notes:

• Candidates must live within a commutable distance (under 60 minutes from the facility)
• Must be comfortable with a 5:1 or 6:1 patient ratio during the day and a 6:1 ratio at night
• In-person interview required (includes shadowing, facility tour, and admin interview)
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess cardiac telemetry patients for changes in condition
• Provide care for post-surgical and critically ill patients in a Med-Surg setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide individualized patient care
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 years of recent acute care RN experience required (within the last 4 years)
• Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact eligibility
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire
• Candidates with 3 years of RN experience & a compact license must apply for a Florida RN license
