Your Role as an RN – Cardiac Telemetry/Med-Surg

✅ Monitor & assess patients in a fast-paced, 45-bed telemetry unit (5:1 day, up to 6:1 night).
✅ Administer medications and evaluate patient responses.
✅ Educate & advocate for patients and families.

What You Need to Succeed

✔ RN License (Florida or eligibility to obtain)
✔ At least 1 year of recent acute care experience (within the last 4 years)
✔ BLS (required within 30 days of hire)
✔ ACLS (required within 90 days of hire)
✔ Strong clinical & communication skills
✔ Ability to manage a high patient-to-nurse ratio (up to 7:1)
