Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) – Operating Room | Full-Time | Days
- Location: West Palm Beach, FL
- Salary: $39.92 - $56.92 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Call Pay: $4.50 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Rotating Weekends
About the Role
We are seeking an Operating Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to provide leadership, coordination, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This full-time day shift role offers competitive pay, leadership opportunities, and career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care and staff operations in a 5-6 OR suite facility
- Manage admissions, discharges, and patient flow efficiently
- Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide mentorship, training, and staff development
- Assist with staff scheduling, resource management, and supply inventory
- Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Florida or Compact/Multi-State RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required (AHA or Red Cross)
- Previous leadership experience in an OR setting preferred
- Experience in Robotics, Ortho-Spine, Ortho, or OB/GYN surgeries preferred
- Candidates from Surgery Centers will NOT be considered
