What You’ll Do:
- ✔ Drive infection control strategies across multiple hospital sites & emergency departments
- ✔ Develop & enforce policies that exceed state & federal infection prevention standards
- ✔ Lead a team, including Infection Prevention Practitioners & Data Analysts
- ✔ Provide expert guidance to executive leadership & frontline healthcare teams
- ✔ Oversee surveillance, reporting, and compliance programs to improve patient safety
What You Need to Succeed:
- ✔ Certification in Infection Prevention (Required)
- ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field (Master’s preferred)
- ✔ 5 years of infection prevention & clinical experience
- ✔ 2 years of leadership experience
- ✔ Active RN License (if applicable)
