Job Title :  Nurse Manager of Surgical Services RN

Location :  McKinney, TX

Salary :  $85,000 − $125,000 annually (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus :  Case-by-case basis

Relocation Assistance :  Case-by-case basis

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated  Nurse Manager  to lead our  Surgical Services  team at a leading healthcare facility in McKinney, TX. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and a positive patient experience in the operating room.

What You’ll Do : Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Surgical Services department, including OR and Sterile Processing.
  • Provide leadership, clinical expertise, and functional direction to OR supervisors and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with established professional and legal standards for perioperative practices.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to facilitate the delivery of patient care.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Education :  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. MSN preferred.
  • Licensure :  Current RN license in Texas or compact state.
  • Certifications :  BLS required. CNOR certification required within one year of hire.
  • Experience :  Minimum of 5 years of recent acute care perioperative nursing management experience (Charge Nurse or Supervisor experience within the OR may be considered).
  • Skills :  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
