Job Description :
We are seeking experienced RN Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Kansas City, MO. This role is available in Med-Surg, Med-Surg (Ortho / Trauma), and Inpatient Oncology units. Shifts include nights with rotating weekends.
As a CNC, you will :
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and oversee unit operations during your shift.
- Collaborate with the management team to monitor and evaluate nursing care, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Serve as a resource for staff, providing guidance and support to improve patient outcomes.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and staff scheduling to maintain efficient workflows.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support a culture of teamwork and engagement.

Qualifications :
Med-Surg / Ortho / Trauma : Recent acute care experience in Med-Surg (minimum 2 years as staff RN or charge RN).
