Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of a 25-bed medical telemetry unit
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient care standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Guide quality initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and clinical performance
- Manage unit staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal care delivery
- Mentor and support the professional development of nursing staff
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care leadership experience (Charge RN, CNC, House Supervisor)
- Minimum 5 years of total RN experience
- Active RN license (Missouri or compact state)
- BLS certification (required upon hire)
- ACLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Unit Size: 25 beds
- Team Composition: RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and monitor techs
- Support System: Strong collaboration with charge nurses, peer managers, and Director of Acute Care
