YOUR IMPACT
Your typical schedule goes from 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday .
As a Learning and Development Trainer, you help shape the future and effectiveness of our sales team. You develop comprehensive training materials and conduct sessions in both group and one-on-one meetings. Your goal is to educate our team on the best sales practices and help them meet their targets. Attentively, you track employee progress as well as implement new, more effective systems. Overall, your efforts play a critical role in our success!
