JOB SUMMARY: The Texas Rangers are looking for local college students to join their College Brand Ambassador Program for the 2025 season! They are looking for students who are eager to represent the Rangers brand and learn the ins and outs of working in sports. Selected Brand Ambassadors will serve as influencers for Rangers-driven campaigns, take part in monthly Professional Development Workshops with front office members, have access to exclusive Rangers opportunities, help with various events and more!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Utilize personal social media channels as an influencer for Rangers-driven campaigns and other assignments.
Attend monthly Professional Development Workshops at the ballpark with front office members.
Attend five games throughout the season and share content on your Instagram and TikTok showcasing your Rangers game day experience and promoting your custom promo code to sell single game tickets.
Help with set up and execution of Rangers influencer marketing events.
Attend optional resume workshop & mock interview with the Rangers Human Resources team.
Attend Kickoff Meeting in March 2025 in-person at Globe Life Field.
Attend lunch with the Rangers Marketing Department.
Able to attend in-person meetings, lunches, games and more.

Note: This program will be a minimal time commitment and will allow its participants to have other internships & be involved on campus. The estimated time allotted is 40 hours over a 6-month period.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be available from March – October 2025 in-person at the ballpark.
A current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communication or a similar field.
Graduating in December 2025 or after.
Must be able to get to and from Globe Life Field for games, events and in-person meetings.
Active on personal social media platforms.
Knowledge of baseball, the sports industry and marketing a team/brand is a plus.
Willing to share innovative ideas and opinions.
Eager to learn more about working in the sports industry.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external personnel in a professional manner.
Prioritizes attention to detail and deadlines.
