Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire process from listing launch to contract closure for all transactions.
- Oversee the input listing information, including descriptions and images, into the MLS system.
- Organize and manage photography, staging, and other activities related to launching listings.
- Serve as the primary contact among real estate agents, clients, attorneys, title companies, and mortgage brokers.
- Review all contract elements to fulfill obligations and manage all related documentation, such as inspection reports, receipts, and bills.
- Handle all administrative duties required to finalize a sale.
- Develop timelines and follow-up procedures to ensure all transaction deadlines are adhered to.
- Keep transaction files accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with real estate agents to facilitate timely closings.
- Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
- Monitor and record activities and tasks using PLACE Technology.
- Manage office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient administrative support.
Qualifications
You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based and results driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.
- Real estate industry experience (1-3 years)
