We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Roofing Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of roofing systems to determine their condition and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
• Provide expert advice on roofing materials, designs, and installation techniques to clients.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, including schematics and specifications for roofing projects.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Utilize maintenance person skills for minor repairs or adjustments as needed during consultations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and best practices in roofing and construction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including materials such as stucco, metal stud framing, drywall, caulking, concrete forming, and general construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to roofing projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to tasks.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and manage physical demands associated with the role.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
