The Position
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a consultative sales approach, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from lead generation to contract completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and business owners.
- Conduct site visits, assess roofing needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the roofing, construction, or building materials industry. They excel at building relationships, understand consultative selling, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience (commercial roofing or construction industry preferred).
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications (preferred but not required).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated territory.
