We are looking for a highly self-motivated and organized, well-presented, friendly, and service-oriented Sales Coordinator who lives in the greater Austin area to join our ranch. You'll be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as answering telephones, managing and responding to emails and answering all guests questions and concerns, providing support to managers and employees, and assisting in the daily operations of the ranch events and trail rides. Sales Coordinators are often the first employee that the customer or the public comes into contact with, so you must be personable and have outstanding interpersonal communication skills. You'll also be responsible for leaving a good first impression for the ranch. We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Ranch Adventures Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our ranch in Austin. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and professional yet friendly demeanor
- Help maintain a clean and organized facility
- Assist with corporate events and parties
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage inbox and respond timely to emails
- Make and confirm reservations
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times
- Resolve customer complaints and problems calmly and effectively
- Notify management of any serious issues that you cannot resolve
- Maintain a friendly, personable disposition
- Perform various clerical tasks as needed (sorting mail, paper filing, etc.)
- Part time and Full time positions available
```Skills:```
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, sales and/or the hospitality industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Must display strong verbal and written communication and phone skills, including a professional phone demeanor
- Computer literate and proficient in using Google Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels
- The ability to retain a calm and personable demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain calm, politeness, and patient in stressful situations
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
