In this dynamic role, you'll be the central driver of our marketing initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise in campaign management, vendor relations, and internal communications to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Oversee the entire marketing campaign lifecycle, from initial concept to execution. Manage timelines, budgets, and collaborate effectively with programmers to ensure flawless implementation. Conduct post-campaign performance analysis against predefined goals and proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key vendors, including soliciting quotes and strategically sourcing new partners to fulfill the department's marketing needs. Leverage expertise to negotiate favorable contracts and ensure timely project delivery.
- Internal Communications: Develop clear, concise, and informative content for internal communication channels, such as the intranet. Keep team members and other departments abreast of campaign developments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Marketing Strategy: Partner with the AVP of Marketing to develop data-driven and comprehensive marketing plans across various media channels. Collaborate seamlessly with the lead designer to translate strategic vision into impactful and engaging marketing collateral. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is a strong asset.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials strictly adhere to relevant financial industry regulations. Maintain a meticulous attention to detail to guarantee consistent brand messaging and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and Enhance Mastercard Credit Card Rewards Programs: You'll be responsible for overseeing and improving the credit/debit card rewards program, including vendor management, analyzing invoices and reports, and overseeing new product development projects.
- Refer-A-Friend: Manage Refer-A-Friend Rewards program, vendor relationship, program enhancements, promotion schedule, interdepartmental troubleshooting, etc.
Specific Duties:
- Manage and administer our Mastercard Rewards campaign program, maximizing engagement and program effectiveness.
- Oversee print, advertising, and other third-party vendors, ensuring optimal service and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships and project scheduling to ensure timely print production for departmental and credit union campaigns.
- Develop and maintain project calendars and timelines for campaigns, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and successful deliverables.
- Ensure the timely and efficient execution of all marketing campaigns and projects.
- Partner with the AVP of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive media strategies.
- Facilitate internal and inter-departmental communication by conveying departmental strategies and ongoing projects, promoting collaboration and transparency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar field (prior in-house experience a plus);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (willing to pick up the phone or discuss face-to-face);
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "can-do" attitude;
- Experience in a financial or regulated industry is a plus;
- Requires an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who is able to work independently;
- Strong processing, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong listening skills and communication skills;
