Now, we’re preparing to expand across Texas and potentially beyond, and we’re searching for a driven, experienced leader in franchising and licensing business models to join as Co-Founder and Head of Licensing Sales to lead that growth.
This is an equity-based, ground-floor founder opportunity—ideal for a builder who’s ready to step into ownership, take the reins, and turn a fast-moving regional brand into a multi-location powerhouse. You’ll be responsible for developing our licensing model, launching new markets, and owning growth—with a revenue share from every new location sold and the chance to shape the future of this business from day one.
You’ll report directly to Wesley Mack of Frontier Foundry—a private venture studio forged by builders, built for scale. Frontier is actively launching and scaling multiple businesses across land management, digital marketing, hunting, fishing and outdoor brands. Wesley is a proven operator and entrepreneur with a track record of taking companies from concept to cash flow, and you’ll be stepping into a culture built on ownership, speed, and results.

What You’ll Build:
- Licensing & Market Expansion: Develop, launch, and grow Texas Turnkey’s licensing program, opening new locations with trusted operators.
- Revenue Growth: Drive top-line growth across all locations, with a revenue share tied to every new market partner you bring on board.
- Leadership & Operations: Guide new licensees to success, ensuring our brand delivers best-in-class service as we scale.
- Brand & Partnerships: Build our reputation as the go-to farm and ranch services brand for landowners across Texas and beyond.

- Entrepreneurial Operator: You’ve built, scaled, or led in a high-growth business. Bonus points if you’ve touched franchising, licensing, or multi-location models.
