Texas Water House is seeking a customer service representative to support the service team. The company is a well-established commercial/residential water treatment and filtration company, installing/repairing water and filtration equipment for over 25 years.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and direct contact at the in-house retail store
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
-Schedule and coordinate service calls
-Create dispatch tickets for service calls
-Respond to messages left overnight
-Maintain the technicians dispatch board/schedule
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service in a trades orientated position is preferred (plumbing, electrical, A/C)
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
