This is a 1099 Contract
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various healthcare positions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization has the right professionals to deliver high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and be adept at utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
Duties
- Conduct talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for healthcare roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to employee orientation.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Taleo and Kronos to streamline the hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Perform employee evaluations to assess fit and performance potential.
- Engage in cold calling to reach passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Collaborate with HR on employee relations matters to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong skills in employee evaluation, relationship management, and employee orientation processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Experience in cold calling and proactive sourcing strategies is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
