Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Oversee budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports for management review.
- Coordinate vendor management activities, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
- Supervise clerical staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to office policies.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
