We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Account Manager to join our family at Textrol Inc. Several existing OEM accounts available for immediate representation. Build relationships, manage your customer’s accounts, introduce new products, meet new customers. Our own internal staff as well as manufacturer representatives will be here to train you and introduce you to your new clients, supporting you all along the way! We will give you everything you need to succeed from day one.
As an integral member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission, with the potential to earn up to $120,000 or more in your first year! With a comprehensive benefits package including Paid time off (PTO), a generous retirement plan, and a family first culture that values autonomy, as well as very minimal travel, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to excel in sales with the support of our experienced team. We give support, but don’t overburden with unnecessary red tape. This position is only available because the previous salesman is retiring after 30 years!
Responsibilities :
Manage and grow existing and new customer accounts by providing exceptional service and introducing new products
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with internal team members and manufacturer representatives to provide customized solutions to meet customer needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
Build long term, trusting relationships with your accounts
Requirements :
Previous experience in industrial controls sales preferred, but not required. Sales experience is a must though. Technical training and support will be provided.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
