Responsibilities
- Educate distributors, Factory Direct representatives, and Service Technicians on PACE GPS product.
- Execute in-person training and system testing during PACE delivery to customers.
- Forecast future needs related to shipments, inventory levels, and fluctuating priorities.
- Develop strategies with Sales Reps, Regional Directors, and leadership team to navigate competitive advantages and deal positioning.
- Identify process improvements throughout delivery and training activities and establish policies and procedures to provide necessary customer service and promote good customer relations.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to provide on-site issue testing and functionality resolution.
- Provide Sales support & assistance to Factory Direct sales along with Distributors to increase Pace install base.
- Ensure good customer relationships are maintained and customer claims and complaints are handled fairly and effectively.
- Develop organization wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and implement improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
- Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field required
- Years of Experience: Level 2- 2 or more years of experience required/ Level 3- 4 or more years of experience required
- Software Knowledge: SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
- Must possess a valid drives license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies
