Job Summary:
Texwin is searching for an experienced Installer Crew Supervisor to join our Field Services Team. This position is full-time, with a minimum of 40 standard work hours, but hours can vary depending on the project time frame. This position will typically work in Northeast Texas and surrounding areas. The Installer Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of pre-engineered metal buildings at various project sites. This role will lead a crew of three-four installers and will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead, direct, and coordinate field installation activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Supervise the installation crew on all aspects of metal building installation.
Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols on the job site, ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
Inspect work regularly to ensure it meets company specifications, standards, and customer expectations.
Address and resolve project issues as they arise, minimizing disruptions to project progress.
Maintain project paperwork and documentation.
Serve as the on-site representative to clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Common understanding of standing seam/screw down roofs, pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel.
General construction knowledge.
Familiar with blueprints.
Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
Ability to lead others.
Ability to perform work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Ensure adherence of safety regulations, company policies, and other guidelines.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle, used to transport the work crew and materials between jobsites.

Reports To Director of Field Operations & Installations FLSA Status Non-Exempt
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel to worksites both in and out of state as needed.
Available to work overtime and weekends as required.
Available to stay overnight, if required, out of town.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of previous metal building experience.
Valid drivers license required.
Relevant certifications in construction, safety, or specialized metal building erection are a plus.
Welding certification preferred but not required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will supervise a crew of 3-4 Installers.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly, as well as reach, climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks.
Must be able to operate power tools.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs.
