What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at TFB Hospitality (Annie Baileys and Conway)?
(Part-time 15-25 hours per week)
Rate: $5 /hr plus tips
Hours: Saturday/Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 1-2 weekdays 3:00 PM - 11:00PM.
*Approx. 2-3 shifts per week, hours will vary depending on shifts; potential for more as needed
Responsibilities:
-Set-up and tear-down of the bar and bar areas
-Light prep work for garnishments and drink ingredients
-Preparing cocktails according to recipes
-Taking drink, appetizer, entree, and dessert orders accurately while answering any necessary questions regarding the menu
-Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire Guest experience
-Collecting and processing payments
Requirements:
-Strong Communication Skills
-Polite and friendly demeanor
-1 years of experience
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Must be RAMP certified or willing to train
