Due to increased demand, we are now searching for qualified, experienced and dedicated freelance paralegals with strong experience in family law matters in the Minnesota area preferably, but nationwide locations will also be considered.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in drafting divorce/custody documents (motions; petitions; judgments & decrees)
2. Assisting in drafting estate planning documents
3. Client communications and updates

Requirements:
- Must be experienced in the area of Family Law
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Strong research and writing skills
- Comfortable appearing for depositions
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well-organized
- Self-starter and able to work independently
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
