Description
****Average hourly rate is $17.82 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****
Support children and families in the Family Preservation Program by coordinating resources, assisting with case plans, and providing hands-on guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Connect families with community resources (e.g., childcare, employment, benefits).
- Coach families on parenting, child development, and life skills.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare files for audits.
- Provide crisis intervention and transportation as needed.
- Collaborate with case managers and therapists to achieve program goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School/GED required
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and technology proficiency.
Work Environment:
- Office, home, and community-based with moderate physical activity.
