TFL, a leading live entertainment and technology company, is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Manager to lead our video and written content strategy across retail and B2B initiatives, with the focus on B2B. This role will play a key part in shaping our brand’s storytelling, driving engagement, and building thought leadership in the industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in video content production, short-form content writing, and influencer/analyst relations, with the ability to brainstorm and execute strategic content initiatives that elevate our brand and partnerships.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing



Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to)

Short-Form Written Content Production

  • Create compelling written content focused on Business Solutions and Partnerships Business Units
  • Craft engaging blogs, LinkedIn articles, and organic social content to highlight our expertise, products, and industry presence
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to develop messaging that supports TFL products
  • Ensure all written content aligns with brand voice, audience needs, and business objectives
  • Develop and manage a content calendar strategy


Video Content Production

  • Develop strategic video content for B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Develop and execute B2B video strategies, including thought leadership content, product explainers, case studies, and more
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and branding elements as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging end frames and optimize video content for multiple platforms (social, website, blogs, email marketing).
  • Develop short video content for B2C retail ads
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to enhance video storytelling and audience engagement


B2B Industry Influencer & Analyst Relations

  • Research and identify leaders, influencers, and analysts within target industries and communities
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry insiders, analysts, and influencers to strengthen our B2B presence within a particular market, group, community, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers within target industries and communities for the purpose of driving engaging conversations around our brand and products
  • Monitor trends and conversations within industries and communities to identify opportunities for content distribution



Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in content creation, video production, or digital marketing
  • Proven success writing compelling short-form content for business audiences
  • Expertise in short form video production for outputs on social (LinkedIn, YouTube), blogs and website leveraging tools such as Capcut or Canva Pro
  • Experience in managing enterprise social media strategies and LinkedIn content for B2B brands
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing on content initiatives
  • Experience in taking direction from executive teams to develop thought leadership content
  • Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where daily content is required
  • Personal resilience and ability to adapt to change
  • Experience working in relevant industries such as sports, entertainment, ticketing, consumer loyalty platforms, reward programs, B2B software providers, etc.
  • Background in B2B marketing & storytelling
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, content performance analytics, and audience engagement tracking
  • Strong expertise in video production, editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and content strategy
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with industry influencers, community managers, and analysts
