What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forging Press Operator position at TFO Tech Co., LTD.?
New Pay Rates Starting April 1, 2024
Operates 2500 ton and or 5000 ton Hot Forging Press
Reads Blue Prints/Hot Reference Sheet
Operates Saws as needed
Performs general maintenance as required
Operates overhead crane and forklift as required
Must have an understanding of various measuring equipment
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
The ability to weld and use cutting equipment is a plus
Must be able to work well individually or as a team member
Must be physically able to climb, stoop, etc. as required
Must have good attendance record
Must be able to work assigned overtime, shift, etc..
The starting wage is $20.25 plus .75 shift differential
Open Interviews Weekly Monday-Thursday 9:00am-11:00am and 1:00pm-2:00pm

Excellent benefit package is available, including paid vacation and sick days after 1 year. Insurance is available after 30 days. TFO currently pays full insurance premium cost for all associates. Associates receive paid holidays the following month they start. You must be available to work any shift. Drug screening and background checks are required.
