El Macero Country Club is seeking an administrative assistant to join our team.

The Administrative Assistant assists the General Manager and overall club operations in many aspects of the business. As an Administrative Assistant, you must be eager to provide one-on-one guest service with the understanding that you represent the face of a company focused on providing service.

Essential Job Functions:
Administrative Support: Deliver and promote prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all members, guests and employees. Performs general office work such as word processing, filing, operating copy machines.
Communication Management: Assists with General manager communications in an effective and appealing format.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Project Assistance: Support the GM in special projects, research, and presentations.
Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Professionalism: High level of integrity, discretion, and organizational skills.
Pay Range is $20 - $25 per hour.
