What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Desktop Support Specialist position at TG Administration LLC?
General Purpose:
Provide as second level support and analyst for the Troon Golf corporate office and its desktop computing technologies including office equipment and telephone systems.
Essential Duties:
- Facilitate tickets and issues between third party vendors & BN (Northstar, Sage, RAMCO, Eden Red, Open Edge, PlaybyPoibnt etc.).
- Troubleshoot/fix printer issues.
- Troubleshoot/fix computer issues including password resets, email issues, swapping of POS or workstations, etc.
- Keep updated and organized inventory of Workstations/Laptops.
- Assist with facilitating IT projects presented by IT Committee & BN Management.
- Attend IT Committee Meetings.
- Assist in Budget Process.
- Handle all Comcast issues, including TV issues and phones.
- Assist with routine system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is running efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up user accounts, devices, and access permissions. (Northstar accounts, User Domains & Emails, Main Printer Connection).
- Create and maintain documentation for common issues, procedures, and IT systems used at the country club.
- Assist in setting up technology for board meetings & committee Meetings
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree (AA) preferably with emphasis on computer technology; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently: sits, uses hands to finger, handle, feel, reaches with hands and arms, talks and hears, and lifts up to 20 pounds; regularly stands, walks, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls and manages or lifts 60-75 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Risk of electrical shock; noise level is moderate.
