What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Sports Coach position at TGA Premier Sports?
About Us: TGA is a leading provider of youth sports enrichment programs, serving thousands of families in Mercer County over the last 10 years. We are dedicated to fostering a love for sports and physical activity in children through engaging and educational programs. We are actively looking for passionate individuals to join growing team to serve and inspire more kids in central Jersey!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead TGA golf, tennis, pickleball and other sports programs at local schools and recreational facilities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive class environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and other coaches.
- Maintain, care and transport all equipments and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Passion for sports, particularly golf, tennis, or pickleball.
- Love working with children and helping them develop new skills.
- Highly safety-conscious and attentive to detail.
- Reliable and able to commit to at least one afternoon per week from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Prior experience in coaching or instructing youth sports is a plus.
