Primary Objectives of the Position:
TGE is a 30 year, ~15-person Woman-Owned professional services firm (NW Houston) seeking a highly motivated Administrative Professional. Assist our team, including C-Suite managers, in our day-to-day operations of environmental consulting and client service. As the face of the firm, your job duties will include all front office and communications tasks, travel arrangements, office equipment maintenance, ordering materials & supplies, light to moderate accounting using Deltec VantagePoint, firm and CEO licensing maintenance, project file setup up and closeout, vehicle fleet maintenance, planning and facilitating office meetings and routine events. Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and document filing and maintenance.

Responsibility Summary:

- Handling client inquiries;
- Updating and maintaining training/licensing spreadsheets;
- Route & manage internal communications;
- Maintaining client and subcontractor insurance certificates;
- Editing and creating client deliverables;
- Process mail, packages, shipping and receiving;
- Update & maintain marketing collateral as needed;
- Support the Management Team and staff as required;
- Manage the vehicle fleet in good working order and maintain mileage tracking records;
- Manage vehicle licenses, tags, EZ tag records, etc.; and
- General errands - routine & as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft - including Excel
- 3 years experience working in a professional services office environment
