Our client is a growing real estate development and construction firm based in Los Angeles, focused on innovative residential and commercial projects. Our integrated approach from concept to completion allows for efficiency, creativity, and excellence in execution.
The Role:
They are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations across both our development and construction divisions. This role requires strong QuickBooks skills and a solid grasp of accounting practices within real estate and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting (AP/AR, GL, bank recs)
- Set up and maintain QuickBooks accounts
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Prepare financial statements and project profitability reports
- Ensure compliance and support audits
- Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and subcontractor contracts
- Coordinate purchasing and delivery of materials to job sites
- Provide general office and admin support
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online & Excel; Procore a plus
- Deep knowledge of real estate/construction accounting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

SALARY: $70-$75K per year, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K and MATCH, generous PTO, paid holidays, $50/month cell phone reimbursement and extra week of PTO during Thanksgiving
