They specialize in steel fabrication but anyone with project management in commercial construction would be a fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects.
- Be hands on with the submittal process
- Track project progress and update timelines.
- Help manage the budget and ensure cost control.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor construction site safety and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
- Assist in resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
