TGG has partnered with an LA-based Real Estate investment group that is seeking to add a Real Estate bookkeeper/Office Manager to their established team.
This role involves project-based bookkeeping, where revenue is only recognized upon project completion. All expenses are capitalized as part of the project cost until then.
Overview:
- Construction bookkeeping including budgeting for projects.
- Managing bank draws and ensuring timely fund disbursement.
- Preparing and tracking lien releases.
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Handling G702/G703 payment applications and contract submissions for projects.
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and financial reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- 2 years of bookkeeping & admin/office duties.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Understand of construction/rehab budgets.
- Experience with Real Estate construction software.
- MUST be local (Commuting distance from LA, 90064).
