The Plastics Supervisor Technician works closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination: Organize and allocate team members to meet production demands.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and oversee training programs for team members.
- Quality Control: Ensure conformity to production requirements and stop production for quality issues when necessary.
- Safety and Efficiency: Maintain a safe working environment and optimize machine performance.
- Communication: Communicate with the human resources team regarding production needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements:
PREFERRED: Two to four years of manufacturing experience, two years of injection molding experience, and previous supervisory experience.
