Are you an experienced Injection Mold Supervisor with a passion for precision and efficiency? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join our team and oversee the production of high-quality molded parts in a fast-paced, high-tech environment!
Salary range: $21-$25/hr
Bonuses: profit sharing – monthly basis – 6 months before you are eligible – based off wage and hours worked
Hours: second shift- 3p-1130p
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the injection molding department, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of technicians to achieve performance goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mold setup, process, and quality issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain equipment, molds, and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- 2-34 years of supervisory experience in injection molding
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, machinery, and materials.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
