Manage leasing inquiries and tours
Coordinate events to foster a vibrant community
Ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction

Hours : 8am-5pm, some flexibility to get the job done
Hybrid or full time in office :
2 days a week from home or out in the field potential
Depends on the maturity of the individual
Day to day duties :
Making sure properties have sufficient marketing
Reviewing applications
Working apps through leasing program
Site inspection, checking out units and specific properties
Checking if tenants are slow to pay or not paying
Working with collections
Help coordinate with maintenance for repairs
Residential leasing 99% of business
200 units – family homes around Nash some
duplexes some quadplexes – 150 are family homes, scattered
across 4 counties in metro Nashville
Nashville no permanent office, have an office in mount Juliet and Madison TN
