I have 1st and 2nd shift grinder positions available in the Miramar area!

- Setting up and operating machinesSelecting the right machine, setting it up, and using the recommended tools
- GrindingGrinding metal gears and shafts to the correct specifications/ changing out tools as needed
- InspectingInspecting parts for quality and accuracy, and removing defective pieces
- MaintainingPerforming general machine maintenance and daily Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
- CollaboratingWorking with other departments to ensure the job aligns with the production schedule
- Following safety protocolsAdhering to safety protocols and using the correct personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Improving processesWorking with engineers and supervisors to identify and implement improvements
