You should also have outstanding customer service and phone skills. This is a full-time, on-site role that is long-term.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks as needed.
- Create and proofread proposals, site and seating plans, and cover letters.
- Distribute contracts and coordinate with operations / vendors.
- Address client and vendor inquiries and qualify leads.
- Maintain client relationships with outbound calls and accurate data entry.
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in obtaining permits and securing customer payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote company services.
- Advise clients on event planning and offer creative solutions.
- Represent the company’s best interests and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a hands-on position in a growing company. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Salary $60K-$65K plus medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, PTO and paid sick time, paid holidays
