About the position :

Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources team with recruiting responsibilities. On a day-to-day basis, this individual is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication and feedback, and maintaining applicant information in the applicant tracking system. Assist in drafting and posting job requisition, screening resumes, and organizing recruitment events. Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and team, to help streamline workflow and focus on sourcing and candidate engagement to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best fit talent for the organization.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

  • Promote the organizations brand through recruitment initiatives and events
  • Source suitable candidates through various platforms
  • Consult with the Talent Acquisition manager on priority recruitment needs
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition manager team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals
  • Frequent collaboration with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, ensuring that they provide the right candidates for various positions
  • Handle inquiries from potential applicants, providing information about job openings and the application process in a timely manner
  • Create or update requisitions within the recruiting platform as assigned
  • Identify new sources to connect with to recruit and fill needed positions
  • Review pre-screen questions utilized in the ATS to create efficiencies with recruitment
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes, and contact details, using the Applicant Tracking System
  • Screen resumes and applications daily to identify qualified candidates and facilitate the initial selection process
  • Send Predictive Index assessments accordingly to complete the applicants review packet / profile
  • Regularly schedule interviews between applicants and interviewing managers
  • Create and engage a strong talent pipeline for the organizations current and future hiring needs
  • Support HR programs and projects, such as hiring events, as required
  • Daily update and enter information in the tracking model
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and gather necessary information
  • Prepare reports / data on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices and identify areas for improvement
  • At times conduct research in support Talent Acquisition, for staff and labor relations projects and initiatives
  • Complete required trainings as assigned by the organization
  • Attend scheduled 1 : 1 connecting conversations with Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Meet metrics set with recruiting volume, interviews completed, and offers extended
  • Performs other administrative related duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented through all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Has a passion for identifying and engaging with qualified top talent
  • Demonstrates consistent and engaged communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment being able to pivot when needed
  • Comfortable pivoting as recruiting needs change
  • Follows established office policies and procedures
  • Understanding of ethics of confidentiality / HIPAA
  • Displays a courteous and friendly attitude to clinic visitors and employees
  • Regularly interacts with providers and team members to engage in feedback
  • Ability to work independently and willing to ask for guidance and assistance
  • Remains calm and composed when faced with tight deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with fair recruiting practices, employment laws, and regulations throughout the recruitment and hiring process
  • Education and Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Minimum 2 years of working in a recruiting capacity, required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating and opening requisitions, required
  • Minimum 2 years of knowledge of working in an Applicant Tracking Systems , required
  • Minimum 2 years of working recruiting in a medical environment , highly preferred
  • Supervisory Responsibility :

  • Reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Work Environment :

  • Hybrid / On-site position in a professional medical setting
  • Consistent use of technology to complete assigned work tasks
  • Frequent use of working on a computer on various platforms to complete assigned work tasks
  • Regularly interacts with internal staff and external candidates via face to face or electronically
  • Work Schedule and Travel :

  • Typical Work Schedule : 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Required travel to clinic locations for weekly / monthly meetings as scheduled and / or requested
