About the position :
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources team with recruiting responsibilities. On a day-to-day basis, this individual is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication and feedback, and maintaining applicant information in the applicant tracking system. Assist in drafting and posting job requisition, screening resumes, and organizing recruitment events. Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and team, to help streamline workflow and focus on sourcing and candidate engagement to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best fit talent for the organization.

Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Promote the organizations brand through recruitment initiatives and events
- Source suitable candidates through various platforms
- Consult with the Talent Acquisition manager on priority recruitment needs
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition manager team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals
- Frequent collaboration with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, ensuring that they provide the right candidates for various positions
- Handle inquiries from potential applicants, providing information about job openings and the application process in a timely manner
- Create or update requisitions within the recruiting platform as assigned
- Identify new sources to connect with to recruit and fill needed positions
- Review pre-screen questions utilized in the ATS to create efficiencies with recruitment
- Assess candidate information, including resumes, and contact details, using the Applicant Tracking System
- Screen resumes and applications daily to identify qualified candidates and facilitate the initial selection process
- Send Predictive Index assessments accordingly to complete the applicants review packet / profile
- Regularly schedule interviews between applicants and interviewing managers
- Create and engage a strong talent pipeline for the organizations current and future hiring needs
- Support HR programs and projects, such as hiring events, as required
- Daily update and enter information in the tracking model
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Prepare reports / data on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices and identify areas for improvement
- At times conduct research in support Talent Acquisition, for staff and labor relations projects and initiatives
- Complete required trainings as assigned by the organization
- Attend scheduled 1 : 1 connecting conversations with Talent Acquisition Manager
- Meet metrics set with recruiting volume, interviews completed, and offers extended
- Performs other administrative related duties as assigned
