What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dish Hand position at TGI Owners LLC?
The Position:
Lake Toxaway at our front door, the North Carolina mountains at our back door. And in between, a gathering place and restaurant for our guests. As a Dish Hand at the Greystone Inn, you play a major part in our restaurant’s success. Simply put, we can’t run the kitchen without you! If you enjoy being a part of a team and the pride of completing tasks and keeping things around you clean, you would be a great fit for us!
Additional responsibilities include:
· Washing and restocking the kitchen equipment
· Emptying and cleaning trash containers
· Assisting in food preparation as needed
· General cleaning and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Enjoys listening to music and working in a busy environment
· Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
· Ability to navigate steps/stairs on a regular basis
