Account Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Account Manager, you will actively manage the relationship between TGI and a select number of clients.
Work will include ensuring that TGI is delivering on its contractual obligations in timely fashion; manage the clients’ needs and requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
This position will have you reporting to the Director, Animations & Graphics and further interfacing with the Design team, Operations, and Accounting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required to ensure that the quality of the content we process and provide to events around the world meets the highest of industry standards that our partners and clients expect.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as main point of contact for a select number of TGI’s clients, conveying client requirements and requests to the relative inhouse departments (design, operations, accounting…)
- Actively manage and monitor that TGI is complying with its contractual obligations with the client
- Manage the business relationship between the client and TGI, proactively seeking ways to improve on this
- Closely monitor and ensure clients have all required materials for commercial delivery on event days
- Assist with other duties within the department, as assigned or as the situation dictates
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the events world, and delivering static advertising, and/or LED and/or virtual advertising is a positive
- Experience as an Account Manager, managing multiple clients and projects, in a fast-paced environment is a positive
- A passion for sports is a positive
- An exemplary attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or
Apple equivalents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English, with other languages being a positive
- Candidate must be team player and Service minded
- A bachelor’s degree or higher education
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The candidate is expected to work from the office a minimum of three days a week with the remaining workdays as agreed with immediate superior. Dress code is casual.
Account Managers work Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm, and on occasion may need
to work beyond the normal hours, or on weekends to meet project deadlines. Personal time-off, vacations and comp time should be planned around heavy periods of event schedules.
