In addition to a global, extensive and diverse energy data library, TGS offers specialized services such as advanced processing and analytics alongside cloud-based data applications and solutions.TGS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing, communication, and promotion of a diverse portfolio of energy data products and services across the Western Hemisphere. This includes seismic data and imaging solutions, well data, and other offerings within TGS' integrated energy data ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, refining product positioning, and creating compelling technical content to support TGS' Western Hemisphere business units (BUs).Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-including technical subject matter experts, sales, and non-technical product marketing specialists-the Product Marketing Manager will transform complex product features into clear, value-driven messaging that resonates with customers and drives business growth.Duties and Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional business units to develop, implement, and measure strategic marketing plans and initiatives with a strong technical focus.Create compelling product messaging and marketing collateral for email campaigns, social media content, web content for SEO, presentations, media releases and editorial pieces.Coordinate advertising efforts by maintaining a calendar of commitments, collaborating with business developers to determine subject matter, and overseeing the execution.Equip the sales team with effective product collateral, competitive insights, and value propositions to support customer engagement and business development.Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and performance tracking to optimize marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with business units to plan sponsorship strategies, technical content, and regional presence at industry conferences and tradeshows, while supporting TGS-hosted client events and seminars.Attend weekly BU meetings to represent marketing initiatives, gather relevant information, and ensure alignment across teams.Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring all technical and non-technical content aligns with corporate brand standards and reflects TGS' value proposition.Foster relationships with industry stakeholders to identify promotional opportunities and expand TGS' market reach.Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Earth Sciences, Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field.Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the energy sector.Strong background in executing large-scale marketing campaigns and creating technical content.Solid understanding of the oil and gas industry, including energy data products and services.Technical & Professional Expertise : Experience conducting research, data analysis, and customer segmentation.Proven ability to design and implement communication strategies that drive engagement and alignment.Proficiency with communication technologies and platforms, such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Asana, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI applications, and Microsoft Teams.Other Requirements : Ability to travel up to 15% as needed for industry events, tradeshows,Key Competencies and Skills : Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.Excellent presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and audience-specific delivery.Skilled in transforming complex information into clear, concise, and engaging messaging.Collaborative mindset, able to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.Ability to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs.TGS provides competitive salary and benefits packages.
