This role will oversee the design and execution of communication strategies that align with business objectives, promote company culture, and keep employees engaged and informed. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative communication tools and platforms to effectively reach a global workforce and ensure impactful messaging.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and culture.
- Manage and optimize internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email, newsletters, videos) to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging content.
- Collaborate with business units, departments, and leadership to tailor communications to various audiences and priorities.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders to spotlight upcoming processes, events, and milestones.
- Create clear, concise, and visually compelling communications to inform and engage employees globally.
- Lead the coordination of internal emergency response communications in partnership with the Security and Emergency Response Team.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives through feedback, engagement surveys, and metrics.
- Stay ahead of communication trends and technologies to enhance reach and engagement.
