We are seeking a Helpdesk Manager to join our team at TGTG, LLC. In this role, you will oversee our helpdesk operations, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional technical support and service. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the helpdesk team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Develop and implement helpdesk policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Provide training and support to helpdesk staff to improve their technical skills and customer service.
- Monitor helpdesk performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and operating systems administration.
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting software issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
