Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a focus on change management and vendor management. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving project success through effective leadership, communication, and collaboration.
- US Citizenship required
- Possess or able to obtain DoD Tier 3 security clearance
- Possess Master's Degree from US Department of Education accredited institution
- Possess minimum 5 years Program Management experience
- Experience screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting DoD security onboarding process
- Experience creating, maintaining, and delivering training plans for new and existing staff
- Preferred experience in professional development, advising, education services, and testing administration
- Preferred experience with identifying and promoting lifelong learning opportunities through degree programs using tuition assistance (TA), testing opportunities, credentialing assistance (CA), Reserve Component-Student Loan Repayment Program (RC-SLRP) and any GI Bill Program available to Soldiers and family members
- Preferred certifications (required upon hire):
- Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES)
- Army Personnel Testing (APT)
- Army Personnel Testing Defense Foreign Language Program (DFLP)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
- Work Schedule: M-F 7am-4:30pm
- Work Location: 100% Remote
