SUMMARY |

The Senior HR Generalist performs a wide range of human resources activities and leads tactical HR responsibilities and initiatives within the organization. This position leverages a deep understanding of HR principles and best practices to develop, implement, refine, and execute HR processes, while providing guidance and partnership to internal stakeholders. The Senior HR Generalist is a seasoned professional with demonstrated hands-on experience in a generalist capacity. This position is located at TGW's Grand Rapids, Michigan headquarters. The Senior Human Resources Generalist is required to be in in the office an average of three (3) days per week. |

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |

REQUIREMENTS |
|
Education: |
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. |
Experience: |
Five (5) or more years of human resources experience, preferably in material-handling, industrial, or manufacturing industry. |
