We have partnered with a established leading Veterinary Clinic to recruit for a Practice Manager which will oversee all operations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of three years management experience required
- Previous veterinary experience preferred
- Advanced computer skills required, particularly in MS Excel; intermediate proficiency needed in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in practice management software
- Demonstrated empathy and respect for both teammates and patients
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering organic revenue growth
- Enhance customer satisfaction and boost patient retention rates
- Lead a team of 14 employees including 1 Medical Director and 1 Veterinarian
- Proactively assess and resolve gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures
- Discover and implement strategies that empower division teammates to thrive in their roles, while cultivating a positive team culture
