We have partnered with a leading Veterinary Services company for a Regional Vice President of Operations role.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide oversight and support to practice-level managers and administrative staff, focusing on enhancing their capabilities to drive hospital growth
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations to develop, review, and implement recommended operational processes and initiatives
- Oversee revenue growth, visit increases, pricing strategies, and overall cost management for hospitals
- Assist in onboarding and integrating newly affiliated veterinary practices, implementing operational processes focused on growth
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Based in the Midwest
- Multi-location operational and management experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with veterinary practice management software is a plus
- Experience with P&L responsibility, budget management, personnel management, and team building is advantageous
- Willingness to spend 3-4 days a week in the field visiting and supporting affiliated veterinary practices
- Bachelor’s degree required
