MAINTENANCE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY :
TH Plastics, Inc., is a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio molding division. The maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance of both facility and equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
Ensure all maintenance objectives and completed on time and within budget
Work towards root cause solutions to reduce downtime and improve quality
Work with other groups involved in manufacturing toward continuous improvement objectives set forth by management
Control and monitor inventory
Track and record PM's and work orders
Coordinate outside contractors
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's degree in related field or five years plant / general management experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail
Regular on site attendance
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES :
Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
Knowledge of Injection Molding Machines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems
Excellent management and supervisory skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance
Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
