Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all reception duties for associated departments, including greeting customers and walk-ins
- Answering and directing calls, taking messages
- Prepare responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Help with accounting tasks such as printing checks, submitting invoices and checks for approvals, mailing, and other clerical accounting tasks as needed
- Supporting operations with field work
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well stocked
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role (preferred)
- Familiarity with financial software and tools, including QuickBooks (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant software packages
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with good spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Positive approach in a busy working environment
- 1 year experience in an administrative or support role
